Delivery time & shipping costs

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery service of PostNL, DHL or our own carrier. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

I have given a wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ms-products.nl. We will then try to change the order for you.
